Practice Schedule

Practice Locations:

Monday, Wednesday and Fridays at West Irondequoit Pool;

 East Irondequoit Pool   when can not swim at West Irondequoit pool

Unless other wise stated.  Consult the calander for update!!

 

Practice Times at West Irondequoit Pool:

Senior Swimmers: 5:30PM to 7:30PM

Novice and Level 1 Swimmers:  6:30PM to 7:15PM

                 (Novice Swimmers may get out at 7:00PM)

Level 2 Swimmers: 6:15PM to 7:30PM

 

Practice Times at East Irondequoit Pool:

Senior Swimmers: 6:00PM to 8:00PM

Novice Swimmers: 6:00PM to 6:30PM

Level 1 Swimmers: 6:30PM to 7:15PM

Level 2 Swimmers: 7:15PM to 8:30PM
